I believe in headship, but this is all wrong. The gospel is Jesus Christ and Him crucified, buried, resurrected, and returning for His saints. That's what we preach.
Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church. That's good news. That I am the head of my family after Christ may be biblical truth, but it is not the gospel.
Dear Jonathan, you're very wrong, but you make is so clear you are certain of what you declare that I won't try to change your mind. Male representation is fundamental to the Fall and the Gospel, and only in the last fifty years or so has any Christian denied it. Repent and leave whatever pastor has inculcated such lies in his congregation. Love,
It would be difficult to change my mind, because what I said is basically a paraphrase of 1 Corinthians 15. It's not the teaching of some pastor, it is Scripture.
It is a beautiful thing to see Christian men live this out and proclaim it. Thank you.
Hey cool, we were just reading Romans 5 last night!

To the man who chooses to be blind, seeing is impossible. 1Corinthians says nothing remotely resembling your claims, but have at it, sir.
1 Corinthians 15 doesn't say that the gospel is Jesus Christ crucified, buried, resurrected, and returning for His saints? Huh. 🤷♂️
